VAT-free Invoices for EU-B2B Customers

For our EU business customers we have the possibility to order VAT-free.

Requirements

You are an EU business
You have a valid EU VAT-ID

How to order?

Select all the items in the desired quantities and put them in your cart, bulk discounts are automatically applied in the cart.
Go to the "Cart"
In the cart enter your EU VAT-ID and your Email in this field

Click on "Checkout".
IMPORTANT! In the checkout you need to enter the same E-mail like in the previous step, and then enter your country and address, afterwards the prices should become vat-free and you should see a message similar to this:

Click "Continue Checkout"
Enter your shipping address.
Select a shipping method.
On the Payment page select your desired payment option and continue
Afterwards click "Review order". On the next page review your order and if everything is correct, submit your order, that's it.

Special Note for Invoice Payment (PLEASE READ!)

For invoice payment, you will receive an email from us, with the VAT-free invoice as a PDF, if you open the invoice PDF you will find our bank details in the bottom right corner. After receiving this invoice PDF by email, please pay by bank transfer (SEPA).

As soon as we receive the money, we will ship your order, to speed up the shipment you can also send us a payment confirmation from your bank, then we will ship it immediately.
