VAT-free Invoices for EU-B2B Customers

For our EU business customers we have the possibility to order VAT-free.

 

Requirements

  • You are an EU business
  • You have a valid EU VAT-ID

 

How to order?

  • Select all the items in the desired quantities and put them in your cart, bulk discounts are automatically applied in the cart.
  • Go to the "Cart" and click on "Checkout".
  • Enter your shipping address and then click "Continue".
  • Select a shipping method and then click "Continue to payment".
  • On the Payment page you need to do two things:
1) Select the Payment method "Request EU-B2B Invoice".

2) Go to "Billing address" and select the option "Use a different billing address".Then enter your billing address and enter your VAT-ID in the field called "Apartment, suite, etc. (optional)". Write the VAT-ID in the format shown in the picture "VAT-ID: <ENTER YOUR VAT-ID HERE>" for example "VAT-ID: NL123456789B01".

    • Afterwards click "Review order". On the next page review your order and if everything is correct, click "Complete Order", that's it.

     

    Prices: Please note: The prices shown in the webshop and checkout still include VAT, so on the VAT-free invoice the prices will be without VAT and it will be cheaper than what is shown there.

    What happens after the order?

    We will process your request within 24 hours. (usually much faster) You will receive an email from us, with the VAT-free invoice as a PDF, if you open the invoice PDF you will find our bank details in the bottom right corner. After receiving this invoice PDF by email, please pay by bank transfer (SEPA).

    As soon as we receive the money, we will ship your order, to speed up the shipment you can also send us a payment confirmation from your bank, then we will ship it immediately.
