For delivery addresses in Germany and E.U countries we offer free untracked shipping by Deutsche Post, without a minimum order value, for E.U orders shipping starts from 0.00 €. Additionally we voluntarily offer end-users to return their items within 30 days, regardless of their legal right of recall. This voluntary 30 day return policy comes in effect after the legal 14 day period according to Right of Recall has passed. (See Right of Recall of a Sales Contract for End Users below).
We ship your order by Deutsche Post or German DHL Parcel service (DHL is the standard parcel service it is not DHL Express). An order on Cool Sierra can be shipped to most countries worldwide.

For worldwide shipping there usually also is a choice between Deutsche Post shipping (with tracking) or as a DHL Parcel (with tracking & 500 € transport insurance)
Delivery to DHL Packstations
Gladly, you can also use DHL Packstation or DHL Filiale addresses as a shipping address inside Germany. However, please note that very small items are an exception. Very small items with a weight under 50 g can not be shipped to DHL Packstations. For DHL Filiale addresses it is even more strict. For DHL Filiale, generally no letters at all can be delivered, not even if they are heavier than 50 g, only DHL Parcels can be delivered.

Right of Recall of a Sales Contract for End Users
Orders at Cool Sierra by German law include a right of recall.
RETURN POLICY BY RECALL LAW:
You have the right to recall this contract within 14 days, without having to give any reason. The deadline for a recall is 14 days from the day you, or a third person that was appointed by you, who is not a member of a delivery service, have taken ownership of the goods, or in case of multiple deliveries, when the last part of the goods was received.
To exercise your right of recall you must notify Jaden Technologies GmbH, Augustastr. 14, 47198 Duisburg, Telefax: +49 (0)2036 68961016, E-Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, by submitting an explicit declaration about your decision to recall this sales contract (for example by sending a letter by post, sending a fax or sending an email). For this purpose you can use the sample recall form below. However, using this form is not mandatory. You can submit the sample recall form or any other explicit declaration. If you make use of this possibility, then we will, without delay, confirm the receival of your recall declaration (for example by email). To honor the deadline for the recall, it is sufficient that you submit the declaration of your intention to make use of your right of recall before the end of the recall period.
Consequences of the Recall
If you recall this contract, we have the obligation to pay back any payments that we have received from you, without delay and withing 14 days of receiving your declaration of recall. The return amount includes the shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs that are a result of you choosing a shipping option that is more expensive than our cheapest standard shipping option). For this return payment, we will use the same payment method that was used in the initial transaction, unless something else was explicitly agreed upon. In no case, we will charge you any fees for this refund. We can reject any refund request until we have received back the goods or until you have produced evidence that you have shipped back the goods, whichever is the earlier date. You have to ship or hand over the goods to us, without delay, and in any case within 14 days from the day you have inform us about your intention of recalling the contract. To honor the deadline it is sufficient to ship the goods before the end of the 14-days-period. We bear the cost for the return of the goods for return shipments within Germany, if you use the return label supplied by us. In any other case, the costs for a return shipment must be borne by you. You are only liable for a loss of value of the goods, if the loss of value is not a result of the handling of goods for the purpose of testing the state, properties or functions of the goods.

30 DAYS VOLUNTARY RETURN POLICY
Irregardless of your legal right of recall, we voluntarily offer you a right to return any goods within 30 days of receiving them. By utilizing this voluntary return policy you can also recall the sales contract after the end of 14 day recall period (see Return Policy by Recall Law) by shipping back the goods within 30 days after receiving it (the recall period for the voluntary return policy starts on the day you received the goods). We bear the cost for the return of the goods for return shipments within Germany, if you use the return label supplied by us. In any other case, the costs for a return shipment must be borne by you. For the return of the goods for return shipments within Germany, we will gladly supply a return label. To request a return label please contact our service team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The return label can be stuck on a parcel containing the goods and then be dropped off at any post office within Germany. As soon as the return shipment was received by us, we will, based on your preference, either refund you or ship a replacement.
The timely submission of your declaration of recall is sufficient to honor the deadline. A requirement for making use of our voluntary return policy is however that the goods that are shipped back, as far as possible, have only been tried out for testing, similar to testing goods at a physical shop and that the goods are complete, in their initial state, whole, undamaged and that the original packaging, including manuals or other contents, is still sealed. If these requirements are not given, then the request of returning goods can be rejected. Alternatively, in this voluntary return policy, just like in the Return Policy by
Recall Law, compensation can also be demanded for a loss of value, if the loss of value is not a result of the handling of goods for the purpose of testing the state, properties or functions of the goods.
The voluntary return policy does not apply for the following kinds of sales contracts: the delivery of goods, which are not manufactured as-is, for which the manufacturing requires an individual selection or definition by the customer or goods, which explicitly are made based on the personal requirements of the customer
Furthermore the 30 Days Return Policy does not apply to delivered products that have a seal, if the seal was removed or damaged after delivery.
Irregardless of this, your lawful rights, including your lawful warranty rights, remain in effect without limitation.
Up to the end of the recall period defined by Recall Law, only the legal terms defined therein are valid. The voluntary return policy does not limit your lawful warranty rights.
