CUTTING TO SPECIAL SIZES

Normally, thermal pads are square and have a specific size, which rarely fits the requirements. We offer to cut thermal pads into exactly the size needed for your particular application. Cuts are available in square and rectangular shapes from 10 x 10 mm to 500 x 495 mm. Additionally to this, special shapes are also possible, for example, cuts at a specific angle or even punching holes for possible screw connections.

CUSTOM MADE THERMAL PADS

Some applications require heat conducting pads with specific properties that differ from our standard range. In this case, we will be happy to help you with custom products that meet the exact requirements you need. Possible are, for example, heat conducting pads with special adhesive properties or special thicknesses.

EXPRESS PROCESSING

For urgent orders, we offer our express cutting service, which reduces the time for custom thermal pad cuts to 2-3 working days. The processing times are divided into 3 categories:

Standard	10-15 working days	Regular cutting fee, no surcharge
Premium*	5-6 working days	Regular cutting fee + 50 % surcharge
Express*	2-3 working days	Regular cutting fee + 100 % surcharge
